Introduction: I create individualized fitness programs based on your fitness level, goals and abilities. We do more than simply work out. My passion is helping others make fitness an integral part of life in order to live healthier and longer. I am selective when it comes to the individuals I work with. Optimum health and fitness is not achieved in a short time with minimal commitment. I like to invest my energy and knowledge in individuals who wish to achieve long term success. We will build a partnership and learn from each other. I am always increasing my own knowledge (currently in a DPT program). I love to instill that in my clients so they may take it with them during their day to day. Because I do not work with large amounts of clients, you can be assured that I am readily available and devoted to working with you to get those gains!
The synergy that fitness can create between trainer/client is phenomenal. Being part of someone's growth is the most rewarding aspect of any position. It motivates me to continue to improve.
