When it comes to teaching yoga, I connect with my students in a way that affirms their highest good while letting them know the Truth of who they are. People come to me to explore a challenging physical practice in search of a restful mind. This is not an easy undertaking. Compassion and respect for each and every student, wherever they may be on their yoga journey, makes my teaching style unique. What I love most about teaching yoga is how I feel after class gets out. My spirits are high. I feel energized and free of stress. Never before have I had a job where I leave work feeling better than I did coming into it.
