Brooke quickly responded to my request and quickly got into my vacant home to help me stage and sell my condo. House looks great and offers are coming in! Highly recommended her servicesFeb 9, 2018Verified
Brooke is an amazing designer . I really had a very good experience working with her. She followed up timely , staged my home beautifully and kept everything within budget which was huge for me. I really liked some of the items she used to stage my home and I ended up buying them from her. Already planning to work with her on my next . project.Apr 6, 2017Verified
Selling our house was one thing, but tranforming it into a HOME was what Brooke and her staging services did! Her services are very reasonable and we staged our entire house within budget. Brooke’s eye for design tied in elements of the home which complimented the style of house - it gave us that competitive edge to get our home sold. She is great to work with- so glad to have used her and her staging services!Oct 24, 2018
We are so happy to find Brooke!! We flip houses, and at last project we had to find new staging company in very short time. Brooke came in and made our place transformed. Everyone at the open house made comments on the loving decor. Her price is very reasonable too. I strongly recommend her. Can't wait to work with her again!Oct 1, 2018Verified
Brooke was on the spot with a response and quote, worked within my clients budget, did more than their budget allowed for, did a fantastic job staging, was there when she said she would be there and communicated the entire time. I would highly recommend Brooke for all your staging needs large or small. She is professional, pleasant, does a fantastic job, communicates well and delivers!Feb 3, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer flat rate packages based on how many rooms you want staged. I require the payment in full of front. This is because I use a good portion of the staging fee to pay for the expenses associated with your project: movers, truck rentals, gas, and incidentals. Sometimes I offer deeper discounts if I am able to move furniture to your property from another property that just sold without having to use a storage unit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a verbal or electronic agreement to work together is made: -An invoice is generated and emailed to client with a list of 'Staging Expectations' -If client agrees to the fee and terms a Letter of Agreement is generated -Client and Designer sign letter of agreement -A 'staging date' is identified -Client pays agreed staging fee by Venmo, cash, or check -Movers are booked for staging date -I ask for 24-36 hours to install the project -Once staging is completed you receive a inventory of items on the property for insurance purposes -The staging remains in place during the agreed period (60-90 days) -Once property is sold or in a successful escrow you contact me to set up a pick up date, preferable 3-5 days notice -I retrieve all of the items, and give you the clear that inventory was accounted for
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I have a degree in Interior Design. I also belong to an organization American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). We are required to do a certain amount of hours of continuing education on public concerns/safety every year.
