- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am upfront with pricing. Many people like to add on hidden charges that they never told you about in advance. You will never have to worry about that with me! Not being upfront is what I consider to be bad business, and you will not have to worry about that with Soco Moves!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically like to have a short conversation on the phone to get the specifics of the job they want us to do, and feel things out. Once that is complete, we agree on pricing and confirm the booking. Once it's booked we will be there on time, prepared, and ready to get the Job done! While on the Job it is always our goal to make it a good experience for the customer, and bring the good vibes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for corporate moving & junk removal companies and received my training by working with them & completing hundreds of moving/junk removal/furniture assembly jobs on my own time on the app taskrabbit. I also am college educated and have had experiences in many different fields, such as sales an customer service, to name a few.
