The typical process when working with a new customer involves the following steps: 1. Initial Contact: We reach out to the customer via phone or email to understand their needs and the types of items they are moving. 2. Pricing and Quote: Based on the customer’s requirements, we provide a detailed quote. We clearly explain the hourly rates, additional services, and any other relevant details. 3. Moving Plan: We finalize the moving date and time, and clarify all the details (addresses, items to be moved, any special requests) with the customer. 4. Moving Day: Our team arrives on time, carefully packs, moves, and places the items in the new location. 5. Service Completion and Payment: After the move is completed, we collect payment and ensure the customer is satisfied. If needed, we offer any additional services. 6. Feedback: We ask for feedback from the customer to continually improve our services.
