- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Finding out what you're looking for. Are you looking for a grazing Table for 20+ or a coursed meal with a few of your closest loved ones? Fine dining or casual? What cuisine would you like? Foods you enjoy or dislike? Step 2: Discuss menu items. Step 3: After you decide on a menu, Pacific Modern will provide a food estimate based on current prices, and guest count. Step 4: A contract is sent to your email, once signed, everything is finalized, and your date is booked. Step 5: Make deposit for cost of goods (cash and venmo excepted) Step 6: Enjoy an elevated dining experience in the comforts of your own home. Step 7: Final payment is made before departure (Cash and Venmo excepted)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art Institute CA, SD, for Culinary Arts 2 Pastry certificates from Palomar College ServeSafe Certified (higher certification than food handlers card for sanitation) Experienced in casual, and fine dining techniques. Both plated coursed, and family style service available. Well versed in California cuisine, Mexican/Baja, Peruvian, Middle Eastern, Lebanese, Indian, Meditteranean, Hawaiian, Asian Fusion Able to accommodate allergens, and different nutritional needs, including different needs for the elderly.
