- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of coaching you’re looking for: online coaching, private training, or hybrid coaching. Online coaching starts at $147/month. Hybrid coaching starts at $397/month and includes private training plus AM FITNESS app support. Most local clients choose Hybrid Rebuild at $697/month, which includes 2 private 30-minute sessions per week, personalized workouts, nutrition guidance, biweekly check-ins, app support, and accountability. Gym membership is separate and paid directly to the facility. I offer different options based on your goals, schedule, and the level of support you need, but my goal is always to recommend the option that makes the most sense for you instead of pushing you into something unnecessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll ask a few questions about your goals, schedule, fitness history, nutrition, and what has been holding you back. From there, I’ll recommend the best option for you: online coaching, hybrid coaching, or private training. If we’re a good fit, I’ll get you set up inside the AM FITNESS app where your workouts, exercise demos, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and check-ins will be organized. For local clients, hybrid coaching includes private 30-minute training sessions plus app-based support between sessions. For online clients, everything is done through the AM FITNESS app with structured workouts, nutrition guidance, check-ins, and accountability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’ve been coaching since 2016 and have helped hundreds of clients lose fat, build strength, improve confidence, and stay consistent through sustainable training and nutrition. My approach combines strength training, fat loss coaching, corrective exercise principles, nutrition guidance, habit building, and accountability.
