Introduction: My name is Lucas Costa with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. I am a CrossFit Level 2 Coach, Chinese Weightlifting Certified, and USPA Powerlifting. I’ve been a health and strength coach for 6 years. This is my true passion. During this time I helped many people reach their health and fitness goals. Been delaying this review for a year. But I can say that after working with Lucas for a full year consistently, I couldn’t be happier. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about physiology and body mechanics, and can quickly help troubleshoot any form issues you might have. He’s extremely observant and can detect when adjustments need to be made to your movements. I was a former long-distance marathon runner who wanted to transition into powerlifting. Lucas constantly makes sure I’m training efficiently and properly, and extends his attention beyond just sessions. He makes sure you do the work, but he’ll also makes sure it’s done properly. He accounts for any injuries or aches and issues, and will pivot your training to ensure that you’re not losing momentum even if you have an injury. My totals have spiked since I began training with him, and there’s plenty more to come.

Lucas was my crossfit coach first then my personal trainer. He is excellent at both. He clearly knows what he is doing. If your willing to do the work he can help you obtain your goals. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

Started my first Crossfit classes with Lucas and it made me fell in love with Crossfit! He was great at giving instructions and tips on how to get better as well as progressive loading. I would highly recommend Lucas to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.

    Growing up I was a very extroverted kid, couldn’t sit still, didn’t like staying at home so I’d go to the gym after school and spend the whole day there taking all kinds of classes and doing sports that I could take advantage of. Finishing high school I was pretty sure that I wanted to be a Personal Trainer and help people to achieve their fitness goals.
