Introduction: As a coach and trainer, bikini competitor, certified nutrition specialist, and yoga instructor, I have dedicated my life to health and fitness. The difference with me is that my goal is to give you the most effective and goal oriented coaching possible. My focus is on providing results for everyone one of my clients with their short-term goals, but to also provide the tools necessary to stay consistent and ensure lasting results, that just get better over time. Helping others with something I’m passionate about is what fuels me to continue training, studying and perfecting my craft and my service. Kiana💪has been my personal trainer for more than seven years now. The things that I love - the fact that your workouts are mapped out for you, they are tracked for accountability on an app.( Kiana can see when you completed your workouts and what weight you achieved) Oh and if you don’t know what the exercise is there is a video right next to it. I especially like the weekly check-in’s to see what I can do better and to see what I was having difficulty with that week.

I was so excited to compare my latest progress photos with my starting ones! Seeing the difference is unreal! And then there are things you can’t see in the photos, like having more energy, more confidence, and feeling stronger have all shot up compared to when we first started working together! I AM proud of myself. I appreciate your coaching to get me to this point though. I really wish I was doing this years ago, but am blessed to at least be doing this now… and for life!

I’m a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, WBFF Pro, and coach of 8 years who has trained hundreds of clients both in person and online to reach their health, lifestyle, strength and physique goals with a practical, sustainable, efficient and evidence based approach

I started in the fitness industry as a yoga lover, and quickly evolved into a more evidence based trainer for clients looking to improve their life overall, as well as reach specific strength and physique goals.
