Trace has been my personal trainer for almost three years he has consistently helped me set goals, has motivated me to achieve them and then progress to new ones. I particularly have enjoyed how Trace continually varies the exercises we do and the equipment we use. Just started working out with Trace and loved it. Definitely gonna sign up for more sessions. The workouts are very challenging but he makes sure to keep you motivated at all times, even when you think about giving up. Trace is also great at explaining all the exercises, which is extremely helpful in making me feel confident about doing each routine. He's already checked up on me after our session to make sure I stay on track with my eating habits and my daily exercises. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each of my sessions are dependent upon how long the session is and how often you train. It's my goal to not let cost stand in your way, so I have a variety of options for you to choose from that will keep your budget and goals in mind. All of your options will be presented to you during your free session and consultation, so you will be able to make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?To help you make the most informed decision possible, I offer a 100% free, no-obligation training session and consultation. During this time, we will discuss your unique goals and nutrition habits, as well as formulate a game plan for your success. Also, I can answer any questions you may have about me, what to expect from the training, and anything else you would like to learn. Above all, this session will show you that while the training can be tough, you can have fun and really get an idea of how quickly results can come if you work for them. My facility is a private personal training facility that has no membership fees, so it's a great environment even for beginners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm currently certified through The National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) as a Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified, over 10 years of boxing/kickboxing experience and I am also CPR/First Aid Certified.
