FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates depend on the amount of time we put into being physically active. The length of each session and which plan is chosen all factor in to the cost. Working out a payment plan is also an option if that works best for you. I want to help you achieve your training goal the best way that suits you! I don’t want cost to prevent you from achieving your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new potential client, I offer a free training session and consultation. We will discuss your goals, nutritional habits, and you can view my private facility, along with an opportunity to experience my training style. The free session and consultation also provides me an opportunity to learn more about you. Personal training is just that--personal--and each session is tailored specifically to you and your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with my Bachlor’s of Arts degree in Communication. Certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM): Certified Personal Trainer American Heart Association: First Aid, CPR and AED Certified
