Brittany is very good about keeping her clients motivated and on track with meal suggestions and challenging workouts. Every session has been high in quality; she arrives on time with her own equipment, ready to train and determined to help me reach my fitness goal. What I particularly like about BrittFit is that she is quick to respond whenever I have conflicts with scheduling, and that she provides a very personalized workout routine with proper form. Given my past injuries, Brittany accommodates my body's movements and physical limitations with modified workouts that are challenging, but not impossible to complete. Performed a thorough fitness assessment during the first meeting. Very clear with goals. Uses individual notebooks for each client where he writes down all the workouts. You can use the workouts in the notebook on your own time which is really nice. There are alternatives to every exercise if there are any physical issues (for me it was my knees). The workouts are challenging but not over whelming. I thought 30min was too short but it is just enough time to learn basics and even get through the workouts; then do them later on my own time. Focus on posture and technique. Help me accountable in between workouts. He is also very sweet and friendly. I would recommend Burke.

This was my first experience of using a trainer, I had concerns of working out due to a back injury of over two years. I had two slipped disks one of which was a protrusion. I had physical therapy for a year with little improvement. I had 3 out of 10 pain constantly.. The first few sessions we started off slow, did lots of stretching and form work. A few sessions in we started light weight work with concentration on form. Again with the stretching (I am now a firm believer in that!) Now I'm six months in, I'm pain free most days and with stretching each day. Veronica worked with me through flare ups, knots and daily form advice. I stared to use a Chiropractor and have decompression therapy, Veronica adjusted my workouts to best fit in with that.. She had great advice and expertise in helping with injury. Including knowledge of muscle groups which caused a lot of what was affecting my back flare ups and pain. The workouts each time are well rounded and defiantly get you feeling it the next day. I would recommend using her, I have been going twice a week for six months and will continue doing so, seeing improvements as I go...

Monica is an awesome fitness trainer. I think that she truly loves helping people get into their best physical condition, and her enthusiasm shows in every session. I found her workouts to be creative, fun and challenging. She always paid close attention to ensure that I was using the proper form to target specific muscle groups. Often times Monica would stop me to make a slight adjustment and I could immediately feel the improvement when I resumed the set. In summary, I highly recommend Monica as a health and fitness trainer!!

I can’t thank Len enough everyday for how he has helped improve my physical health. I was 3 years post car accident injury when I found Len and within 6 months I was waking up with no pain! I am able to workout almost daily and am progressing each and every day. When I have a flare up Len is there to help me get through with his hands on manipulations and rehab therapies. I honestly don’t know where I would be without him. Thank you so much Len !

I can't say enough good things about Malia! She is a bright young woman with knowledge far beyond her years. Her background in Iyengar yoga and her studies in physical therapy, coupled with her creative, enthusiastic nature, makes for a unique and enjoyable experience that will push you to your limit. Since I have been working with Malia I have become stronger and more flexible. Her emphasis on pelvic floor and core work has nearly eliminated my low back pain. I highly recommend Malia for all levels of yoga, and can't wait for my next private with her!

I started experiencing intense, unilateral exertion headaches out of the blue. Every time I would laugh, cough, work out, etc., I would feel pain. I was extremely concerned because I had never had headaches of any kind in the past. I visited a neurologist and was told that it could be something minor or something as serious as a brain tumor, but that he wouldn't know unless I got an MRI/MRA. Almost $2,000 later, I was told that the imaging results were normal, and the doctor still didn't know what was causing the headaches. I got blood work done to rule out some other potential causes. Again, all results came back normal, yet the headaches persisted. I've known Bo for years, and at the time I was experiencing this problem he was the Assistant coach of the team I run. He heard me complaining about the headaches to our team's AT on a bus trip to an away game. He suggested I try a session with him. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, so I agreed. I will say that I am a big skeptic of any kind of alternative therapy, and I honestly didn't think it could possibly do anything to help something this serious. I was so wrong. I kid you not when I say that the VERY NEXT DAY my headaches (by this time now present for about 3 months) were completely gone!!! Bo is very good at what he does. I would recommend anyone experiencing any type of issue to be open to trying this before spending a bunch of money on doctors and medicine. You just might be surprised. It works!

I have never mentioned this to my daughter because she is so sensitive about her son, but for a time I feared he might be autistic, but I no longer feel that way now. As an infant he would become frustrated and would bang his head on the floor, on the door, on the wall or hit himself in the head with his fists. It troubled me to no end to witness this. And when he began daycare at 2 years of age and started catching the colds and fevers that a lot of kids go though when they come in close proximity with one another his fevers would spike and he’d go into seizures. So when a friend suggested I bring him to you I welcomed the opportunity. I realize you have only seen him once, but since you worked on him he has become a TOTALLY different child. He is SO HAPPY…..constantly singing and laughing. That evening when he went home from your office and his mother asked me what you had done it was very hard to explain to her so I asked her to just notice and explain to me the differences that she noticed in him. Well that evening he picked up a piece of broccoli and began eating it as if were cotton candy. Since then he eats spinach, green beans, celery, cabbage, constantly asks for milk. You’ve done wonders for him. The following day when I picked him up from school he took me around and told me the names of all three of his teachers and before we left his classroom he turned and blew them all a KISS! This is totally different behavior for him, because before he was very quiet in school and didn’t want to speak according to his teachers. NOW in the mornings when I leave for work he blows me a kiss and says “I love you and have a good day”. I can’t believe the changes. Don’t get me wrong he is by no means an angel. We still have a few more issues I’d love for you to work with him on, but I WANT TO THANK YOU SINCERELY for the beautiful start you have given our baby boy. There has been no more hitting himself in the head with his fists or banging his head on the floor. He is now a gentle, loving, happy, well-mannered…..well at least a typical 2 year old now. What are the different types of physical therapy?

Physical therapists work with people who have been injured or people who are ill to improve their movement and help them manage their pain. What exactly does a physical therapist do?

When paying out of pocket, session rates may range from an average of $75-$300 or more, depending on the location, length of session, and specialization of the therapist. Standard out-of-pocket rates average $150 per session.
