Introduction: First off, we work with very small groups of people. This gives us the ability to make sure all participants are in exact form for each exercise. We have found that when in proper form, the body will get the maximum effect from each exercise. Secondly, we make sure each participant is working at their own level but at a class pace.
Helping people get what they want. When a person in our sessions succeed in a goal then Progressive Fitness has succeeded. We also like when a person refers us to someone they know. This just increases the validity of our program and our staff. We really enjoy our people that come to Progressive Fitness and it shows.
