I had an issue with my shower door and John was amazing from start to finish. He showed up right on time, was completely professional, and took the time to explain what was causing the problem instead of just fixing it and leaving. He guided me through everything so I actually understood what was going on. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
