Deidre S. says, "UPDATE: Frank contacted me this morning and made a special effort to have someone come and give me service today, Labor Day, a national holiday. We are grateful that we were not even charged extra because it was a holiday. The service representative, Arturo, arrived promptly, was very professional and patient explaining every step of the process to us and giving us advice on some things we could do to prevent problems in the future. He keeps a pictorial history of problems and showed us examples related to our situation. We could tell he was earnest. His knowledge and advice is very valuable because our past ignorance has contributed to the present problem. Services we’ve had before just quickly performed their task and left. We may have to have a follow up visit and will now make High-Speed our regular service company for septic tank needs. Well after the appointment was made, The driver informed the representative that he was not working today so the appointment was canceled. So we have to wait three days to get the service we need."See more

I first called a few other companies I found online and one that installed a new air conditioner unit prior. Not only was my call answered by AI and Virtual instead of a real person, which is so unprofessional and stressful, trying to sell more, etc. when you are dealing with a serious situation. I was shocked! I thankfully found John Padilla Plumbing who had someone out within 45 minutes at almost 6pm and made me feel so calm and assured. I had no idea how much was needed to be done for safety as the prior seller did nothing and not to code. The replacement was done next morning and they went above and beyond. Nicest people and love supporting family owned businesses who actually care. It's like my water pressure and heat is like never before. Complete 360 difference. The price was reasonable and they replaced all the pipes in my three bathrooms, kitchen, and all the outside hose bibs in one day.
