They showed up on time, figured out the problem, and they even when to Home Depot to purchase the parts. They were very professional and friendly. I am so happy I went with Next Level. Owner Brian was able to come out and inspect my plumbing issue within 24 hours. He is a great communicator and arrived when he said he would. He detected the leak (shower). Turns out we had to remove the shower plate and connections and then remove some of the tile to cap the pipes and stop the leak. We clearly have water damage so he got me in touch with a water remediation company. We will likely need a full bathroom remodel and I will be calling Brian to plumb the new bathroom.

I had a great experience with Elite Rooter. Arturo Garcia showed up at my house on time and He was very nice and professional. There was a leakage at my bathroom sinks and the vanity drawers were getting wet. Arturo looked very closely and told me that faucet is not installed properly and also the sink installation to the counter top is not sealed. Even though the leak was not a real plumbing issue but he help me save a lot of money down the road. He spend quite a bit of time to get to the bottom of the issue and he DID NOT charge me.

He has all the tools to complete a difficult job in replacing a kitchen faucet that had to be cut to remove, replaced water lines, and converted valve stems that were the wrong size for my new faucet.
