Abel installed some new ABS drain pipes for my washer/utility sink. He installed some PVC pipe to tie into the ABS. He also capped off a copper water spout on one and replaced a rusty hose bib on another. He took the time to consult me on a backyard "little house" projected and was very knowledgeable and informative. I have met many plumbers working on many plumbing projects on my old 1959 house and Abel ranks very high on my list of go-to plumbers. I hope to use him again.

David went above and beyond fixing my plumbing issue. My builder simply glued a lot of our pipe systems so David rebuilt the entire pipe configuration and even added parts to make the system more accessible for snaking/water jetting without having to take the entire system apart. He thoroughly tested the the system to ensure there were no leaks and all was properly draining. Even snaked the system a second time. He was happy to explain each step and provide tips to prevent further issues. Would def use Elite Rooter again for future plumbing projects.

He is an unqualified plumber. When he arrived to start the job, he attempted to move the sink away from the wall which loosened the drain pipes under the sink. When i indicated to him that he first needed to unhook the pipes he said, "I have never seen a sink that had pipes hooked to the wall". That was the first sign he did not know what he was doing. When he finally removed the faucet and began to determine how to install the new one (it was the same faucet as the old one but newer) he looked at the instruction booklet and said, "I don't know these languages, do you have one in English?" He had the Ikea book backwards. He did install the faucet and he reinstalled the sink with our help. He left and when we started to use it a few hours later there was a leak coming from the pipe he loosened earlier. We called him back and he came back the next day and put plumbers putty on the pipe he removed, but did not check the integrity of the other pipes telling us it was not his responsibility since he did not "touch" them. He left and we have not used the sink since then we have been out of town. When we returned yesterday, we found the pipes leaking again. We called him as he requested if there was a problem, but refused to come back and fix the problem he created. He said that the leak was there before he came. We are now looking to hire another plumber to fix the problem he created. We paid him extra for his effort. Very disappointing.

The companies price was very fair, and Patrick responded very quickly!! Our Technician Arturo was professional, great, timely, and also very communicative with. His job was not only quick, but VERY affective. We have old cast-iron piping/ plumbing in our home, which can be difficult to work with when things go out of service, but the task didn’t seem like the challenge it posed for us- our attempt to snake 15’ into the kitchen drain wasn’t successful on three attempts. Arturo snaked approximate 40’ under, and everything went very well afterwards. We’re pleased with their service, and will hire again. Thanks so much!!!
