Also installed a clean out so wouldn’t have this problem in the future (a previous plumber did not do this so I appreciate the extra advice in this). Michael Groeger says, "This company did an excellent job of communicating with me and coordinating the work. I had two plumbers come out (Ernie and Cesar) and they both went above and beyond. Ernie to evaluate the problem and quote it, and Cesar to perform the work. I had them Hydro Jet a drain line to try and get rid of a clog. And while they werent able to completely remove it, (tree roots) they did everything they could to try. The one thing I was surprised about was they had to use my hose/water to perform the procedure. I later found out from Cesar that they are restricted from transporting water. Ultimately, I would recommend this company and use them again."See more

I had a tank burst and they were able to come out within an hour and answer all my questions about options. I had asked Juan some questions over the last few weeks about replacing my 20 year old water heater with a tankless electric version. He came out for free to give me an idea about what it would take and if going tankless was in my best interest. Later I called him to actually install a 40 gallon in my house while I was in the middle of a remodel. I told him that I needed the old unit removed, but I needed him to wait while I installed new flooring under. He was exceptionally patient while I needed to complete my project in steps. I had also shopped around a few different plumbers to get estimates and JEM felt like the best value and his customer service was awesome. If I need any other plumbing services in the future, this is the guy I would use.
