Emily A. says, "I am so happy I went with Next Level. Owner Brian was able to come out and inspect my plumbing issue within 24 hours. He is a great communicator and arrived when he said he would. He detected the leak (shower). Turns out we had to remove the shower plate and connections and then remove some of the tile to cap the pipes and stop the leak. We clearly have water damage so he got me in touch with a water remediation company. We will likely need a full bathroom remodel and I will be calling Brian to plumb the new bathroom."See more

Phil, Kenny, and company are outstanding and worked very well (and hard) for our water heater project. I had a tank burst and they were able to come out within an hour and answer all my questions about options. I decided on a tankless system, so they quoted me on multiple options and made it easy to settle on the best one that fit my family needs. They came out the next day for install (chose the tankless) and knocked it out of the park.

Personable, professional and honest. I would also like to note that our original water heater (tank) was in our attic and it was quite the job getting it down. Jacob made it look easy! I had asked Juan some questions over the last few weeks about replacing my 20 year old water heater with a tankless electric version. He came out for free to give me an idea about what it would take and if going tankless was in my best interest. Later I called him to actually install a 40 gallon in my house while I was in the middle of a remodel. I told him that I needed the old unit removed, but I needed him to wait while I installed new flooring under. He was exceptionally patient while I needed to complete my project in steps. I had also shopped around a few different plumbers to get estimates and JEM felt like the best value and his customer service was awesome. If I need any other plumbing services in the future, this is the guy I would use.
