FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Starting with the bare minimum make sure your Trainer has liability insurance and at least one certification. The next level Trainer will have at least a college certificate of completion, an Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field. Once these pre-requisites are met you now want to look at actual experience as a Trainer with preferably that of a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We have multiple certifications, liability insurance, and high level degrees in the field but what really separates our courses and programs is that it is run and designed by the Department Chair of Exercise Science. Our Director is also the Coordinator of the Personal Trainer certification program on campus so you are getting trained by the man who teaches people to become trainers.
