Denise R. says, "My carpets look great/ they are a bit expensive. The guy didn’t try to do something- wash a Persian rug - because he knew better. The guy on the phone before coming out when I scheduled the job said they would clean it when they came..I was very grateful to the actual pro who once here said no — it’s not to be left to dry on a wood floor . However the minimum price he had to charge was very high for the work one. I wish I had asked the guy doing the work to do a few other items like the edge of my table rug while he was here for the price."See more

JPM Construction was recommended by a handyman we had called and we found them to be honest, reliable, very easy to work with and most of all extremely professional and knowledgable. Carlos, the owner, kept us informed step by step of what he found, what needed to be done, and all along the way answered our many questions. Carlos took great care to be sure we could safely remain in the house while the mold was being treated. After taking apart the kitchen and drywall it has been put back together (from demolition to re-installing cabinets, retiling and painting) looking just as it did prior to the leak. Excellent work! Thank you Carlos, Vanessa and Manny for doing such a complete and successful remediation project for us."See more

I frantically called SOS this morning because we noticed our access panel to our crawl space fell off in the rain and knew that water must have gotten into our attic. Francisco, the GM, inspected the interior of my home and entered the crawl space to check for water damage. He noticed that some areas were wet but not to the extent of requiring remediation. He also took detailed videos that he sent to me with tips and advice of how to secure and protect our space. He was friendly, kind and professional. Because we didn’t require additional services beyond the inspection, he did not charge us for the trip - I tried to give him cash and told him to get lunch on me, but he refused and said the best way to repay him is to keep his number if we ever have actual water damage in our home. I absolutely will keep his contact info and use him for any future needs as well as pass along his info ti friends and family. Thank you for my peace of mind!

The experience was great from start to finish.I received a full explanation for the scope of work and ensuring we're in great hands. Confirmed the final cost before starting the job, and it was exactly in line with the quote I'd received earlier. Lior and his crew showed up on time (which was very important for me), and did a great job from demo to clean up.I received constant updates as for progress and felt great communication.
