steven burks says, "The installation took about 4 hrs. The installer was respectful and courteous. The cost was $3673.94. The only problems that I've found is minor damage on the water heater shourd and the safety cover was "mangled in to place and "popped off" and will not go back on without some modifications."See more

C C says, "13 year old water heater from prior owner went out and was leaking and an emergency. I first called a few other companies I found online and one that installed a new air conditioner unit prior. Not only was my call answered by AI and Virtual instead of a real person, which is so unprofessional and stressful, trying to sell more, etc. when you are dealing with a serious situation. I was shocked! I thankfully found John Padilla Plumbing who had someone out within 45 minutes at almost 6pm and made me feel so calm and assured. I had no idea how much was needed to be done for safety as the prior seller did nothing and not to code. The replacement was done next morning and they went above and beyond. Nicest people and love supporting family owned businesses who actually care. It's like my water pressure and heat is like never before. Complete 360 difference. I paid more than expected but would rather support companies like this."See more

Michael Groeger says, "This company did an excellent job of communicating with me and coordinating the work. I had two plumbers come out (Ernie and Cesar) and they both went above and beyond. Ernie to evaluate the problem and quote it, and Cesar to perform the work. I had them Hydro Jet a drain line to try and get rid of a clog. And while they werent able to completely remove it, (tree roots) they did everything they could to try. The one thing I was surprised about was they had to use my hose/water to perform the procedure. I later found out from Cesar that they are restricted from transporting water. Ultimately, I would recommend this company and use them again."See more

I highly recommend Jose for your plumbing needs! He was very responsive and quickly scheduled a time, even though it was late at night and I was not expecting a response until the next day! When Jose arrived, he went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issues (to diagnose and/or replace full-home water filtration system), and explained every step. He was friendly, quick, and effective! He even was able to get me a good deal on the water filtration system. Great communication. Would not hesitate to hire him again!

David our plumber did an excellent job, he arrived on time after driving all the way from Los Angeles area to our home in San Diego. He finished the job in about an hour and installing our reverse osmosis water filtration system that is filter less. He cleaned up after his work. He was very professional and polite. I highly recommend his services
