Heat Busters came up top on the ratings and fast response- music to the ears of someone who is busy with short attention span :). Within 2 hours, Victor and Aaron were at my door. Within an hour or so, the leak has been fixed, along a few other things I requested. Victor casually brought up water softeners, and he promptly sent me a quote. Let me preface by saying that I wasn’t really looking to spend more than I had originally called the plumber for. I also do my own research and I knew that the Halo CK-10 is a smart buy. I’ve worked in sales before and I know when I am being pitched to. Heat Busters are true professionals and responded to my call and fixed what I had asked for. The talk about water softener came as a future thought, as “here’s a quote, by the way” in case you’re interested. In the end, I decided to just get over and be done with the water project and went forward to get the water softener. Thank you for the effort, and for not upselling me.
