Corey R. says, "HIRE ADVANCED INSULATION SYSTEM WITH CONFIDENCE! We were in a situation where we found rat evidence (droppings) in our attic. With a newborn and 2 kids, health and safety in the form of insulation removal (contaminated insulation) and rodent exclusion (rodent proofing) was the BIGGEST priority for us. We immediately reached out to as many attic groups as we could, Advanced Insulation System stood out for so many of the right reasons! First off pricing was fair, competitive and in many cases much better than the other groups we had out. Secondly, and very important for us how clear and communicated AIS was through the process. From the inspection, to the removal to the proofing and insulaton process. It was clear AIS was very skilled in their craft but they made it a point to make sure our family was aware of every step of the process to make us feel comfortable in this project - they dedicated much time to our home/their project to make it right . AIS also gives a 10 warranty which gives us surity in the confidence they have in their work! I don't feel like we'll have to use it based on the quality of their work! When searching out Insulation companies be weary of several of the other groups that put high pressure. Several groups went through a presenation with high pressure on signing that day for an 'opening that happened to be available later that week (this was offered a few times. They were often much more expensive and high pressure to sign day of their visit. Those interactions felt very predatory/knowing they could take advantage of an uncomfortable situation (rats in the attic). A lot here to basically boil down to A VERY POSITIVE AND PLEASANT INTERATION WITH AIS, HIRE AIS with CONFIDENCE!"See more

I had previously done a partial renovation to the bathroom but was not completely happy with the results, so it was important to me that going through a full bathroom renovation this time around would get me the results that I envisioned. I met with several contractors prior to making the decision to go with Golden Shore Design & Build. In meeting with the Project Manager, Petra, during the initial consultation to discuss costs/budget and after reviewing photos of their previous work, I decided they matched what I was looking for. From the start, I felt that Petra was honest and set realistic expectations about the process, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that Golden Shore held my hand throughout the process, with Petra recommending tile vendors, accompanying me to look at materials, and picking up materials (thanks to her husband, Alex). Although I chose not to purchase materials from the recommended vendors, it was very helpful in the decision making process to be able to compare. Although the construction process had a few challenges (what construction doesn’t?) working with the HOA and plumbing work, Petra was communicative throughout and mitigated any problems that came up. Petra’s attention to detail ensured that everything ran smoothly, coordinating with the various contractors and ensuring the project stayed on schedule. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Petra was there every step of the way, providing her professional expertise, guidance and support. The team was also incredibly professional and attentive to detail, ensuring that every aspect was executed to perfection. Their work is outstanding and they were able to transform my outdated bathroom into a stylish and modern space! Overall, I highly recommend Golden Shore Design & Build for any bathroom renovation project – they exceeded my expectations in every way.
