If you're in any doubt about hiring a wedding planning team or day of coordinator just book Reva. now. I felt like if there was one thing worth spending money on for my wedding it was have a reassuring and organized coordinator. Kaiah was heaven sent. I interviewed 2 other companies but knew I wanted Kaiah's calm and peaceful energy around me and my wedding party. Wedding's are so hectic and overwhelming that I needed someone very detail oriented who I could trust with execution. She never pressured me on decisions, and even offered very helpful and wise options for me to choose from when I was in doubt. Sonny the 2nd assistant on the day of was also helpful. He and Kaiah kept checking in on me and Cory offering to be our extra hands and feet, saving us from getting caught up in the chaos. Like I said before, you really get what you're paying for. Even though I needed day of coordinator services, I was communicating with Kaiah a few months before which eased my nerves. Also shoutout to women/POC businesses as I am also a woman of color and wanted to give my business to my own. Lastly, they are a destination based service company. I live in the 562/Cerritos and Reva is from San Diego, but they will follow you anywhere, around the world. Trust me, they listen to you and will write down all details down to a T. Book them, now. We love you.

Reva has a calm demeanor and is very keen to details. Initially my husband had trouble seeing the added value of a day-of coordinator –– however, as we continued through the DIY planning process, it was clear how much we needed her. Reva knows weddings and went above and beyond for us. We had some tricky decor items and Reva came early to hang them. She made sure we ate and was attentive to our needs. She and her team guided us through the planning process when we were unsure and her support team was thorough and extra-helpful.

Reva Event, hire them. On the fence? Hire them. Trying to debate if the cost difference from one coordinator to the other is worth the spend? It is (in Reva's favor). My wedding was June 3rd, 2023 and Reva herself worked my wedding with an additional coordinator. They absolutely blew us away with not only their insight into planning but their willingness to go above and beyond. Reva's temperament is so calm and collected that she simply puts your worries at rest and allows you to let go and enjoy your day. I felt she communicated in a timely manner, offered her professional opinion if we had a hard time making a selection, and offered us alternate solutions with other vendors when issues arose a day before our wedding. I am extremely appreciative of her services and one of my groomsmen is already requesting her information for his wedding in 2024. You will not regret working with her and her company. Kaiah was also wonderful to work with too!

Reva event, Kaiah and Alex were mine and my husbands literal guardian angles for our wedding! I just got married on 4.22.23. I do just want to start off by saying that 4 months before my wedding we parted ways with our original coordinator due to her unprofessionalism and i was freaking out because we were SO close to our wedding date and it was crunch time from there! Then, my wonderful husband did some digging and came across Reva Event, we read the reviews and were so convinced. We message Reva and got a quote, and we were SO blown away we booked immediately, then Kaiah reaches out to us and let me tell you AMAZING! I was soooo blow away by her! right from the start you could tell she was very detailed oriented (which was a HUGE plus for me because i am too! haha) well spoken and she knew what she was doing!! Reva dont you ever get rid of her she is the heart and soul to Reva! So we hired reva to be a day of coordinator but threw out those few months we spoke on the phone with kaiah a handful of times which honestly felt like we hired them to be main coordinators because they would reach out to vendors give us their ideas, there communication was spot on when it came to kaiah reaching back out to us with important information about what she talked about with our vendors etc. Also when on the phone with kaiah we would go over details, decor, timeline EVERYTHING wedding! Down to the littlest things you wouldn't even think of she would cover it! When i tell you i was BLOWN away!! We also spoke with our day of coordinator Alex a few times and we were also SO BLOW AWAY with his service as well! Going to the day of our wedding! When i tell you they over exceeded our exceptions, they did!!! They did exactly what we went over those few months 1000%!!!!! I could cry because i saw mine and my husbands vision come true before our eyes and Reva made that possible, my wedding wouldn't have gone that smoothly without there help and passion for what they do! Reva, Kaiah and Alex really did save us and i couldn't thank them enough, Kaiah and Alex really did become like our bestfriends threw out everything and day of wedding it felt like they were our bestest of friends, we became so comfortable with them, they were so inviting to the point where we wanted them to join us and party at our wedding! :) all in all we had the best experience and best wedding because of Reva, our guests all had a wonderful time and most importantly my husband and I where very pleased to work with them! So if you are looking for a coordinator no matter if its for day of or a complete coordination, small or big event Reva has got you covered you will not be disappointed i HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMEND them! Reva, Kaiah and Alex THANK YOU SO MUCH!! words couldn't even begin to describe to show how grateful we were to have you guys there for us on our big day! I could go on for days about Reva Events even write a book on them at this point that's how phenomenal they are lol but again thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you saved us :) Kimberly & Christian Olmedo :)
