I am a beginner and Dvora took the time before class to explain some of the exercises. I've tried yoga a few time before and never felt like it does anything for me. I highly recommend Dvora! She was patient and clear. I enjoyed it very much and definitely will join again.

Dvora trained me during her visit in Israel and it was great! I felt so good after the yoga sessions. She was attentive to my needs, and helped me a lot with my back.
