My technician Vick was great. He walked me through everything he was doing. Gave me good advice on troubleshooting and maintenance. Very courteous, knowledgable and fast. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Dean did a great job. He explained the issue and the causes, what was needed to fix the problem and time needed for repair. Dean and company communicated throughout the process from booking the appointments to updates on his arrival time to the house. Thank you First California Appliance!

After spending a LARGE amount of $ & time with another repair service over the last year(!!!!!?????), who finally recommended we replace a dishwasher!!!! Andrei found that apparently no one had cleaned the filter for a long time...He did so in a few minutes, & the machine FINALLY seems to be working as designed, the tenants, & we(???!!!) finally read the manual carefully...Andrei was great, & I feel pretty dumb.....:-(....
