Alexander was available on short notice to repair the oven that had a malfunctioning igniter. The oven is super old, an antique really. Few are knowledgeable about these sorts of appliances but Alexander figured it out in a few minutes and took care of the problem for us.

Jean from First California appliances came out with an initial visit to review our dishwasher and determine the issue. He explained that he'd need to order parts from the manufacturer (Thermador) and would come back when those parts are delivered. Today he did just that: called in, came over and installed the parts. Quality work done, the problem is resolved - excellent work ethics. Would definitely call again and recommend to everyone.

My technician Vick was great. He walked me through everything he was doing. Gave me good advice on troubleshooting and maintenance. Very courteous, knowledgable and fast. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Technician from First California Appliances arrived on time, went about resolving our dishwasher issue on their own, without bothering us at all.
It took a couple of hours to fix, he had to clear all the water lines, we had them plugged up.
Afterwards took the time to educate us to make sure we never have to deal with this again
The dishwasher has been working perfectly since the repair
I would absolutely recommend them for any household repair you may need
