Communicating with this company was a breeze. They were not only responsive but answered all my questions in a timely manner.
Anatol messaged me about his ETA and was prompt. He explained some concerns he had very clearly and I felt he truly cared for my furniture. I do wish post cleaning, my couch and chair would smell “clean” but there was no smell at all. The furniture does look refreshed so I’m happy with the results.
There was one stain I paid extra for and it didn’t come out due to how long it was there. The extra cost wasn’t much at all but would’ve been nice if they asked me questions about any stains to determine if the extra work and cost is even necessary.
absolute 4 star from the beginning! extremely professional and timely with responding. efficient quick work at a very high level. cleaned sofa, area rug, bench, and hallway rug. huge value price for all! will absolutely recommend to all I know and be back annually for more cleans!
