so it's Saturday afternoon and suddenly my Pioneer dj controller isn't allowing my audio signal to be processed and pass through to my powered speakers . . . to make a long story short, with the way that my home studio is configured that basically meant that I wouldn't be able to get anything done until at least Monday. sucks, right? wrong! so I go to Thumbstack and I immediately find Iconppower and within minutes i was connected to Johnny Lai and he and I were able to arrange an appointment for 5pm Saturday evening! Awesome, right... but would Johnny be able to actually figure out what was going on with my home studio and remedy it? answer: yes, no problem. First, let me say that I think I haven't made a big enough deal about perhaps the most important fact of this whole experience.... JOHNNY CAME TO ME! any other service and i no doubt would have take each component of my home studio individually to a repair person and that would have cost me a lot of $$$ to probably still not have had the problem taken care of -- - and that would definitely suck! but not with Johnny from Icomppower, he came to my place within an hour and he took his time to work through my issue and he was able to figure out the fix and I was back in the mix making music before 6 pm - - - and his fee? so maybe the best part of the deal.... It really couldn't have been more reasonable, especially when you consider that I had already spent 3-4 hours of my own time trying to figure out the issue without being even remotely successful - - - so when you consider what the alternative could have cost me and the amount of down time that Johnny saved me... definitely a fair deal for me! thanks Johnny. brian b
David literally came to my rescue. I had just had a "no-show" followed by 7 unresolved calls with the Geek Squad. Stay away from them. They have NO idea what they are doing, or who is doing what! I needed data transferred from an older "dying" computer to a new one. There were a lot of upgrade needs and password confusions- all on my part. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough and took care of every situation. I feel so very lucky to have encountered him. He stayed well beyond the agreed upon appointment to make sure that I was up and running. And his price was very reasonable. I have 5 Apple devices and often need support. I will only call him from now on and have recommended him to 2 other people already.
I had lots of computer issues. I'm good at some computer things, others not so much. Ari was patient, very knowledgable and fast. He took over my screen and walked me through the steps as he did them. He not only fixes things; he teaches you how to learn and fix them as well!

Total Tech came in and we hired them for a setup of all our new computer equipment, we also had them source our products at a discounted rate and we got all new Apple equipment. Will Brown - Dirt Cheap Computer Repair - has very low rates - a flat rate even if he stays an hour or longer over 2 hours. He is very punctual and extremely knowledgeable about computer hardware.
He is awesome and really cranks from one project to the next. He also cleans up after himself.
Had a major emergency with our office computer at work late on a Saturday night. Ozzie was very quick and responsive, and met us on Sunday before we opened our business. He diagnosed the issue, assisted on transferring files from our computer that died, and worked with our tech support for our retail software to get us up and running. Overall, nice guy, knows his stuff, punctual and easy to work with. We are going to make him our new go-to guy for IT at our business.
