I hired USTA to paint a few rooms and a hallway. From the bid process onwards, Bibi and Kim were punctual and professional. They provided a competitive bid and realistic timelines, kept communication lines open throughout the process, and did a beautiful job with the painting. They are eagle-eyed and detail-oriented, always checking in to make sure they were achieving my design vision and that they were meeting my expectations. They went above and beyond, even addressing some caulking in the bathroom to help make the room look more finished, patching a door that needed some TLC, and painting a little cupboard interior that made a huge difference visually. Bibi and Kim are good people who really care about giving a great finished product and it shows in their work.

I recently hired BT Painting Service to replace the 2 bedrooms carpets with laminate wood flooring, install ceiling fans, complete electrical work, patch wall holes, and repaint… and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Their dedication truly shows in the quality of their work, and the final result is beautiful. Communication was amazing throughout the project, and they were always on time. It’s rare to find contractors this reliable and detail-oriented. I will definitely hire BT Painting Service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing home improvements!

Great work done by Bibinur and team that had to perform under a strict time limit and to exacting standards. I can safely recommend Bibinur and her team for completing a job professionally and for being very responsive to feedback. I have an eye for detail and UStA was prompt in acknowledging areas that needed more deep cleaning or painting. They worked really long hours and left my home looking spic and span!

We were so pleased with the work done by Bibi and Kim of UStA Group PAINTERS. MY condo/loft was in dire need of a refreshed paint job. It has high ceilings and multiple floors, and BiBi and Kim made it seem effortless, although I know they worked very hard to get things done to our liking. They were so professional, honest, timely, and responsive, with reasonable pricing. Subsequently, I asked if they could paint my kitchen cabinet shelves, which they did beautifully, and they also painted my kitchen drawers without being asked! Aside from being able to finish the work over the weekend, Bibi went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. She has high integrity and pride in the work they do. If I could give more stars, I would! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much! Kathy
