Top notch service, adeptly took over getting the exact right shades and finish of my two paint colors when I got bogged in the process. Painted walls and ceilings in complementary shades for a guest room and office. Pleasant, professional, easy to communicate, exceptional value at a very fair price. I recently hired BT Painting to help fix up a rental property, and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They came out in person to assess the space and provided a clear, fair quote, and strong recommendations on which gave me confidence right away. The quality of their work really stood out—everything was done with great attention to detail and looked clean and professionally finished. They also worked quickly and efficiently, which helped get the property ready without delays. Communication was excellent throughout the project. They were responsive, easy to work with, and offered great recommendations on colors that truly improved the overall look of the space. It’s not easy to find contractors who combine quality, speed, and reliability at a fair price, but they delivered on all fronts. I would definitely hire BT Painting again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for painting or rental property improvements!

I hired USTA to paint a few rooms and a hallway. From the bid process onwards, Bibi and Kim were punctual and professional. They provided a competitive bid and realistic timelines, kept communication lines open throughout the process, and did a beautiful job with the painting. They are eagle-eyed and detail-oriented, always checking in to make sure they were achieving my design vision and that they were meeting my expectations. They went above and beyond, even addressing some caulking in the bathroom to help make the room look more finished, patching a door that needed some TLC, and painting a little cupboard interior that made a huge difference visually. Bibi and Kim are good people who really care about giving a great finished product and it shows in their work.

We were so pleased with the work done by Bibi and Kim of UStA Group PAINTERS. MY condo/loft was in dire need of a refreshed paint job. It has high ceilings and multiple floors, and BiBi and Kim made it seem effortless, although I know they worked very hard to get things done to our liking. They were so professional, honest, timely, and responsive, with reasonable pricing. Subsequently, I asked if they could paint my kitchen cabinet shelves, which they did beautifully, and they also painted my kitchen drawers without being asked! Aside from being able to finish the work over the weekend, Bibi went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. She has high integrity and pride in the work they do. If I could give more stars, I would! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much! Kathy
