- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Often we can price the cost of the job, but more often we will use N/A because many of the jobs are difficult to price without seeing them. We do not charge to come out and look at work and can then save you money, by not having to overcharge to cover ourselves. We offer a 10% Thumbtack introductory discount on all jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact, hopefully meet to get a very good idea what they want as an ultimate goal. Run a clean job site and be courteous and help them to visualize and reach their goal or vision of end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA Political science and counseling psychology. University helps you to learn to organize and prioritize your work for expediency. Various training courses on new installation techniques (e.g. Recent training course on LED design and installs). Work with San Francisco building department to learn and enforce code issues.
