About this pro

Our studio has a primary focus on core strength, functional fitness, and vegetable-forward eating advice. Each program design is unique, but all are rooted in science. The way our studio works is that we offer two intro sessions for $148. The first session will be a full consultation and we'll discuss your health, goals, injuries, etc., and we'll also conduct several movement tests to help determine any muscle imbalances. From there we'll schedule a second session, which will be a real workout, with either myself or another trainer depending on availability, preferences, etc. Should you decide to continue after those two intro sessions, we'll take biometric measurements, help track your macronutrient levels, provide you with awesome recipes (and smoothies) and take home workouts to maximize your ability to eat healthy and consistently exercise. Coming to the studio to workout is the easy part; going home and continuing to focus on your diet is the hard part. It is our goal to make it as easy as possible for you to be healthy. The best part about the work that we do is that we're literally helping people every single day. It's great to help people do things they've never done or thought they could do. People come on their own time, and leave feeling great. Fitness is our lifes' work for every trainer that works here and we hope to inspire you to live the healthiest life you can.

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Personal Training: 5 sessions - $530 (106/hr) 10 sessions - $990 (99/hr) 20 sessions - $1840 (92/hr) 30 sessions - $2550 (85/hr) Partner Training: 5 sessions - $695 (139/hr) 10 sessions - $1320 (132/hr) 20 sessions - $2500 (125/hr) 30 sessions - $3540 (118/hr)
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients interested in personal training it's very important we can accurately deduce any injuries, limitations, goals, nutrition, etc. This is why we offer a two-part intro offer of two sessions. The first session let's us talk through your goals, injuries, nutrition or anything else. This also give us a chance to do several movements to help determine some common imbalances that some people have. However, we can only find out so much about your body from doing simple movement tests, which is part of the reason why we do a second session. The second session will be a real workout that not only gives you a chance to experience the facility and training style, but also give us a chance to get a second opinion and see how you move. You might have a strong left oblique than right oblique, which we'll never know about unless we see you move. For us, the goal of these two sessions is to get you to the best starting place possible so we can make sure you're balanced and ready to build off a solid foundation.
