Most repairs come with clear, flat-rate pricing so you know exactly what to expect. We also offer discounts for first-time customers, and we’ll always walk you through your options before starting any work. Our goal is to earn your trust, not just your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s simple, honest, and stress-free. 1. You call or message us with the issue or request. 2. We ask a few quick questions to understand the problem. 3. If needed, we come out—often same-day—for a free inspection. 4. We explain what’s wrong, show you your options, and give you an upfront price—no pressure, no surprises. 5. If you decide to move forward, we get to work. 95% of the jobs are finished on the spot.
