I was super impressed with CD Remodeling - I unreservedly recommend them. I’ve worked with some other contractors in the past and for this job I interviewed about 7 different contractors and felt that CD had the best grip on the project and I was really impressed with Carmit’s construction background and her and the team’s deep knowledge of building and contracting. They completed a substantial remodel for us - taking down structural walls, gut renovation of living room, kitchen and bathroom. And they did it on time! I thought their pricing was really reasonable, and they kept in close communication all the way through the project. They offered informed advice along the way, both on design elements but also clever ways for us to save money with supplies - without impacting overall quality. This team is my favorite GC in San Francisco now!

The team guided me every step of the way, making the renovation not only easy but also fast. I finally have the bathroom design I've always dreamed of, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We hired CD Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. Our general contractor, Francisco, was great to work with. His team was very professional and Francisco offered great solutions to those pesky problems that arose. We also worked closely with Carmit who secured the contractor and helped us at every step along the way. She went with us to pick out cabinetry and kitchen island and was always available for any question we had. She also had great ideas on upgrades that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. It was a pleasure to work with their team.
