We had a great experience working with CD Remodeling on a full renovation of our first floor. The project included a complete kitchen remodel, building out a new pantry and home office, and redoing the bathroom. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with—always professional, quick to respond, and open to questions or changes along the way. They worked very neatly, keeping the space clean and organized throughout the project, which made a big difference since we have little kids. The quality of the work was excellent, and we’re thrilled with the results. Highly recommend for any home renovation project!

I was super impressed with CD Remodeling - I unreservedly recommend them. I’ve worked with some other contractors in the past and for this job I interviewed about 7 different contractors and felt that CD had the best grip on the project and I was really impressed with Carmit’s construction background and her and the team’s deep knowledge of building and contracting. They completed a substantial remodel for us - taking down structural walls, gut renovation of living room, kitchen and bathroom. And they did it on time! I thought their pricing was really reasonable, and they kept in close communication all the way through the project. They offered informed advice along the way, both on design elements but also clever ways for us to save money with supplies - without impacting overall quality. This team is my favorite GC in San Francisco now!

They were very professional and easy going. Always available to answer questions or accommodate schedule changes. Made suggestions to make remodel even better. Also would go the extra mile that many contractors don't do these days. Looking forward to working with CD Remodeling again in the future.
