Excellent experience working with Alex to install new kitchen faucet, install fire rated door and replace locks. Was very easy to communicate with, gave clear information about cost and scope of work and completed all work in timely manner and with high quality. Also left workplace clean when finished. From muralist to mom of 2, time to work on my home projects is very limited these days. I love to do home projects on my own, and still love to, I just don't have the time or energy. That's where Knock Knock contractors come to the rescue. When I'm feeling in over my head, I give them a text and they're here within the week. It started with a very odd request from me; to finish the power wheels project I had started for my daughter's Christmas present. I wanted to install working lights and I bought all of the supplies, knock knock finished assembling it for me as well as install all electrical. I've had a couple house outlets they fixed as well.Then they demo'd a very solid, too/tall workbench in the garage. Installed drywall, textured and painted the wall behind it. They also painted the other couple walls in our garage home gym.I assembled a workbench kit and started the process to add a few wood planks to create a long tabletop. They finished it for me; glued, nailed, leveled it, then sanded and rounded the sharp edges and corners. They completed it with some trim and stain.Alex and Nurlan are especially great! Very humble, professional and honest people. They're very easy to work with and I appreciate their clear communication. They set clear expectations and work with you and your preconceived ideas on how you want your home project to go. They always offer to optimize your paid hour by fixing other smaller tasks.We've been working with them relatively regularly since November 2024 and we plan on continuing with our next few projects.

Vlad and Nurlan from Knock Knock Contractor reinstalled several new smoke detectors that had been beeping incessantly when turned on due to an improper DIY installation. They were very professional, friendly and they did an excellent job in a short amount of time. Highly recommended!
