We are general contractors and currently have 15 employees who are extremely talented. Where we stand out is that we do almost all the work in house. This allows us to control the project and stay on time. We work largely on small to medium size projects ranging from $30,000 to $1,500,000 Full home remodels, additions, kitchens and baths. We started in 1986 as a tile installation company and slowly grew into a stone fabrication company, then a full service general contractor.

Working with Chris and his crew was easy and they gave me the kitchen of my dreams in less time than expected. They actually finished the job early! Chris was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The crew was neat and friendly and our neighbors loved them for their cleanliness. Would highly recommend!

I hired IKB Stone for some light kitchen remodeling (replace countertops + install new appliances) and they were fantastic to work with. They were excellent at communication throughout the project with things like pricing and timing, and their quality of work was super high. I had some nitpicky asks at the end as well and they took care of it no problem. I would definitely recommend them to work with.

Chris and his team put a second bathroom in my apartment in SF. It required quite a bit of planning and they executed the project very smoothly and the finished product is excellent. I also had an emergency project that they completed for me in a very short time window, which was much appreciated. Highly Recommend!

Great experience using Chris and Hanus at IKB. They are very thoughtful in their approach and work within your budget. They will be very up front with you if you have unrealistic expectations on timeline and cost and give you good alternate options. I LOVED their crew too. The crew are great craftsmen who care about their work. They did a Master Bedroom/Bathroom remodel, repainted my entire upstairs, updated all of the houses door hardware, replaced windows and the front door. Very CLEAN as well which is important when you are still living in the house. All around a great experience!

The team is super on time, diligent and produce high quality work. I would definitely recommend to anyone. We did the walls and floor on our second bathroom and installed exhaust.
