- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will offer a one time discount to new customers. Following, my prices will have to be the standard pricing and will not be able to negotiate pricing due to the high cost of living in the Bay Area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get know the customer and their concerns and needs for a project. If the customer can outline the project needs ahead of time it would be great as it can save time. Otherwise, talking out the project completey sometimes can be more helpful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience doing home organization in the Bay Area, merchandising professional experience, working on creative teams, and doing interior design courework.
