My first session with Matt was great I never been sore day 1 of a workout 🏋️♀️ He’s really motivating & I can tell he cares about my fitness goals & health & I can’t wait to achieve my goals with him as my trainer! Can’t wait for the next sessionSep 22, 2019Verified
It has been awesome working with Matt. He’s willing to meet you where you are at and provides the right mix of encouragement and tough love so you can achieve your goals. Matt is super responsive and is overall a great person to train with and keep you accountable.Feb 19, 2019Verified
I had Sanchez as a trainer for about two years before I moved out of town. I still make sure to see him when I travel back to town. Dude knows his stuff, is light-hearted but unrelenting, and actually gets results. Recommended for those focusing on strength training, though he might Zumba like a motherfucker; I don't know.Feb 29, 2016
Matt is super knowledgable, goal oriented, and knows how to get results for his clients. If you are looking for a "just go through the motions" type of trainer, Matt is definitely NOT your guy. He knows how and how far to push you. I highly recommend him.Feb 25, 2016
I have been training with Matt for several years now. Matt is great at tuning into what your body can do and helpful in achieving your goals. I have definitely seen my body get stronger since working with him. Matt is an encouraging and supportive trainer.Feb 25, 2016
