I highly recommend working with Matt to reach your fitness goals with Matt. I started working with Matt in October 2020 because I was out of my workout routine and stuck in the fog of COVID-19. I lacked motivation and wasn't able to get back on track... Matt has gotten me back into a workout routine that is attainable and can be done anywhere. Matt mixes up the workouts to keep it fresh and challenging, but he also can build a program specific to your goals. He will bring all of the equipment needed so all you have to do is show up and be ready to train. Matt is extremely personable, professional, and is the best trainer that I have worked with.

Matt is super to work with. I've been working with him for almost 10 months, 2x per week. He's walks a great line between pushing me to do more and keeping me healthy and engaged. Matt can bring his own equipment or make use of whatever gym facilities are available, many times augmenting them as needed to give you a great workout. He's been very flexible in scheduling and when I moved from SF to NY, offered to train me remotely. We're about a month in, and our facetime sessions are working great. Cannot recommend Matt more.

Matt is incredible. I was on the hunt for a a trainer that could help me get stronger, gain weight, increase my stamina, and keep me accountable. Matt has helped me do all of this and more. I interviewed half a dozen trainers but decided to go with Matt - he was calm, confident. easy to talk to and right away understood my fitness goals. Matt is great to work with. He is always on time. He brings all the equipment. He varies the routines and exercises. He is super knowledgable and always has answers for my fitness questions. Matt has a great attitude and a calm and balanced energy. I look forward to my work outs not only because they are challenging and fun but also because of his presence! I definitely feel grounded and centered when I am around him. Bonus points for Matt for good music, lots of laughs and pushing me to be a better version of myself.

Matt is a great trainer who is always able to get me to push my body and adjust the workouts on the fly to make sure I’m getting a good workout while staying safe. He always arrives early enough to get set up so we can start on time, and he’s responsive over text if I need help with a workout or have questions. He’s also friendly, yet professional, and shows dedication to helping his client. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed working with him so far.

Matt is an awesome trainer. I meet him twice a week and he kicks my ass. Matt will push you and make you realize you are capable of much more that you think. I like how he’s approached my workouts based on my physical conditions and injuries.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to sit down with new clients to go over their health history, previous injuries, and ask what are their realistic goals. From there I can put together a specialized program for that individual based on what they're looking for.

    Nasm CPT, USAW Sports Performance Coach, USPA Strength & Powerlifting Coach, Strength Sensei's Kinetic Chain Enhancement, TRX multimodality lvl 2.
