Nhat Hoang says, "We had a big project that required updating our sewer pipes and Juan and his team were great!We recently added a half bath, which led to clogging issues as our sewer pipes were already quite old and too small to withstand the extra plumbing needs. (I'm also nearly 30 weeks pregnant so toileting is a huge priority and we wanted this done fast before our little one arrives!) Juan quickly checked it out and shared detailed explanations, pictures, and a variety of options and quotes. He was prompt in all his responses and appointments. We got a few estimates and appreciated the fair price and extra effort Juan provided in his quotes and discussions. We even had another plumber that said he wouldn't waste time writing up an estimate for us!Our project involved the city sewer line, and Juan took care of all the permitting and inspections. Jose and Marvin came out and were amazing. Jose assessed the damage, quickly came up with a plan and estimate, and with Marvin, they executed the project thoroughly and swiftly. They found a larger issue with our toilet leak that was left over from an old contractor's work and they figured out a way to fix the issue to prevent further damage. Multiple tests after their work and no leaks detected! Jose took his time to explain the issues to me, what their plan was, and how to maintain the pipes for the future. I've worked with other plumbers in the past but none of them had educated me or even described the problems to me the way he did. My family was super appreciative of the work put in and I will definitely call for future needs."See more

We wanted to combine our half bathroom and laundry room into one larger room which required removing a load bearing wall, moving plumbing/ electrical and closing existing doorway. The project manager made the project pretty seamless with great communication in person and via text. The construction crew that came to our home were very hard working and respectful of our space. The final product is better than we expected. We are so happy that we are planning on future projects with Pbuilders."See more

They picked up supplies and came to my home same afternoon on a Sunday. Within the first minute Jose was able to detach the filter t-valve and reattach the cold water line to the incoming water valve. He was fast, courteous, professional. And Bernak (sp?) the owner was incredibly communicative throughout the process. There was a crew of 9 plumbers, and they removed all the existing pipes and installed all the new copper pipes in my two story home in one day. It took them about 10 hours, the water was off for about 8 hours. The contractor came back the next morning to patch, mud and texture to close all the openings made during the repipe.
