During a rather stressful time of year trying to balance work, family, friends, last minute Christmas shopping, and whatever other personal drama that seems to erupt during the holidays, arriving at Jeremy's studio was a perfect little escape. Though it was my first session, his recommended, Thai Yoga Massage, literally felt like what he said it would: “specifically designed to open up the body's skeletal system and energy lines to increase flexibility and circulation, encouraging the body's innate healing processes. It relieves muscular tension and energy blockages, releasing stress and stored emotion”. Having been to Thailand recently and experienced the full on aggressive full body Traditional Thai massages, Jeremy's blend of pressure and stretching made for a much needed strong but equally relaxing 95 minutes. Everything about it was very soothing, nurturing, calming, and healing. I’d felt a lot of anxiety and pain that had built up in my back and shoulders over the past couple of months and after leaving I just feel lighter and can breathe a little easier. And, I don’t know if it was candles or incense burning but it smelled really good, and not in an overpowering way. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend Jeremy. If you’re on the fence about it at all, I’d say try it. I don’t think you will be disappointed. I will definitely go back. "See more
