Jing J. says, "I got a sewage water back up issue. The water came out from bathtub and toilet. Dr Drain responded first and came right a way. They finished the project in clean way and solved the issue. Dick explained the root cause well to us. The only concern is the price may be expensive. Since we are the first time and don't know the market price. Before the project they did tell us if use the snake solve the issue, the price is around $380. if cannot , they have to use the hydro jetting, it will be around $1000. They did try with snake for a long time but doesn't fully clean the clog. then we had to use hydro jetting. They did show us the clean pipe with the camera afterward. It is expensive for us, but no complain for their service. They answered my phone right a way even after the project."See more

Gloria Yip says, "Appt was at 8pm and Mike D called around 630 saying he could come early. Of course we said yes! Fixed our sink pretty quickly- found something blocking the spout. all he did was unscrew to faucet head. lol cost me $189.00 for that. But not his fault. I agreed to the cost before he started looking. Anyway, he fixed the water pressure too!"See more
