Max arrived on time and explained how and why the problem occurred and within a couple of hours installed a new heater. Most of all I appreciate his immediate reply and his quick work. I have American water resources insurance and they sent Magic out and I'm happy. Moving forward the tech thinks there's a broken pipe and I felt that might be the case. He put in a request to do a camera inspection so we can see where to go from here."See more

He is very courteous and personable and we felt very fortunate to have found him to help with our plumbing issues on short notice. He came back for the Contra Costa County inspection and made sure the work passed final inspection. The whole process went smoothly from the initial quote through completion. Devzay helped me with a water heater replacement. We looked into installing an electric tankless. Devzay gave me all the details and tradeoffs I needed to know. We ultimately ended up with just replacing the old tank water heater. Devzay also made the emergency gas shut off's more easily accessible.

He was very straight forward and made great recommendations. I would definitely hire him again.
