They were punctual and professional both during the initial quote and on the actual installation day, which immediately set a good tone. One thing that really stood out was how thoroughly they assessed the attic. They correctly identified the need for baffles—something no other company mentioned during earlier quotes. After doing my own research, I realized how essential baffles are for proper airflow, so I really appreciated their attention to detail and technical knowledge. The work order itself was also exceptionally well documented. Unlike some other contractors who brushed things off as “easy enough,” this team clearly wrote out what would be done and why. That level of clarity helped me understand exactly what I was getting and made me feel much more comfortable moving forward. They also provided photo proof of all the completed work, which was reassuring and showed transparency. The installation team was polite, professional, and focused—no loud behavior, no unnecessary hanging around, just efficient and respectful work. After several unsuccessful attempts to get the original installer to research other options, I found Air Care Heating & Cooling through a Google search. From the moment I filled out a form on ​t​heir website over the weekend and received a prompt reply by Monday morning, the entire experience was outstanding. The technician who responded was incredibly responsive and informative. He clearly explained the process of converting DC to AC voltage to install an Ecobee smart thermostat. I called to schedule an appointment and quickly received a confirmation email with a two-hour arrival window. The day before the appointment, a very kind woman called to confirm, and about 30 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival, I received a text message with the name and picture of Luis, the lead technician. Luis and his assistant, Christian, were absolutely amazing. They were highly competent, efficient, and clearly demonstrated a commitment to staying updated on the latest technologies. We needed to get air conditioning installed. I put up a request on thumbtack. Denny immediately responded and showed up the next day. He inspected the house and let me know that I needed to get the furnace changed as it was very old and it was driving up my energy bills during winters. He gave a quote immediately and told me he’d replace the furnace as well. The price was good for AC installation and furnace change and he said he’d finish it in two days. The work is very professional. Denny and his associate finished the job as promised in two days and left the garage as it was before they started. He explained everything I need to know about the thermostat and the air conditioner. He also told me that the air ducts in my house need cleaning/replacing and he’d do it in winter as the prices will be lower then. If you’re reading this, I’d definitely recommend Denny for your HVAC installations and repairs. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing and his prices are right!
