When the system continued to have intermittent breaker trips, he promptly returned, thoroughly re-evaluated the system, replaced the initial capacitor with a higher-quality Titan Pro capacitor at no additional charge, and topped off the refrigerant to ensure optimal performance. I appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to stand behind his work. He took the time to explain the issue, did not charge for the follow-up capacitor replacement, and made sure the system was operating properly before leaving. Since the repair, the AC has been cooling well without any breaker trips. Overall, a very positive experience. I would recommend “Heating and Air Experts” for HVAC repairs and maintenance."See more

However, due to delivery damage to two units of that model, I had to switch to a different Rinnai model to avoid delaying the project further. Even though the replacement became more complex, Ben did not increase the price, which I really appreciated. Alex was the technician who completed the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He installed the new model cleanly and carefully, and took the time to explain important technical details, especially ensuring the condensate drain was routed correctly. Overall, I’m very happy with the project. The water heater has been running perfectly for several days now, and I’ve already told Ben and Alex that I would definitely recommend them to friends.
