- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an electrical and computer engineer for 25 years, but my passion is in home building. Over the past 20 years, I have bought and renovated several homes; all type of home architectures including Victorian home, Spanish home, and contemporary Southwest. My works include adding more space to the home, raised second story, major kitchen design and remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and landscaping. I've built a reputation for creative design ideas and high quality workmanship; those you would found in multi-millions custom homes. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A good contractor will be able to provide design ideas, guide you through the remodeling process, and help keep your budget in check. More importantly, choose one which you feel most comfortable to work with; who shares common goals, honest, and easy to communicate with. Your contractor should explain all details on the job, including the brand names, models, floor plan, payment terms, scheduling and who is responsible for what.
