Call Heating and Air Experts to schedule a repair. Sent them the model number and they provided a quote (a bit pricy on the part cost, but I guess that's how it works). The HVAC tech who came home was Abe. A very gentle and honest person and felt comfortable working with him. He knows what he is doing. He quickly swapped out the gas valve and then suggested to swap the controller board (both were 27 years old). He offered other types of repairs, which were a bit steep and I choose not to go forward. But he was amazing and quick in doing the work on a Sunday and get my system back up. He also helped negotiate a lower price on the controller and labor as well as maintenance service on both furnaces (he has to come back to do it). Very easy company to work with and Abe is great!
