He even caught in eyesight that out water heater exhausted pipe was disconnected when he inspected the furnace in the garage, it was not part of his job but he notified us about the finding he caught which indicate he was very attention to detail and mindful person. Highly recommended for fast response communication, amazing professionalism and problem solving skill!!!"See more

They provided very fair and competitive pricing for both a repair and a full replacement. After weighing the options, we decided to go with a new unit.The team scheduled the installation as soon as possible, and the actual install process was incredibly smooth. We did hit a small snag when a circuit breaker tripped, but it turned out to be an issue with our old breaker rather than the new furnace. Despite it being an existing electrical issue, Konstantin and Ilya offered to come back the very next day. They replaced the faulty breaker and made sure everything was functioning perfectlyall at no extra charge!I really appreciate their honesty, the quality of their work, and their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I called the same company the second time because I was veery impressed with their professionalism and quality and thoroughness of their work.Jason who contacted my first from the initial assessment for the heat pump install (getting a new A/C along with getting rid of the 25 year old gas furnace ). Jason and Anastasia and the rest of the team who was involved in the whole process were patient, thorough and prompt. They also helped me in choosing an optimal unit from the various choices(they were neutral and supportive on my other choices, but decided eventually to go with their recommendation) based on multiple factors and on my own research. The heat pump installation was done in 2 days, and the inspection was done on a different day, a week+ later. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. So much so, I had them for a Tesla charger install and a 220V outlet in the car garage. Again, the team did a great job(this time Roman and team), from inception to installation to inspection that was completed today. I really like the entire Voltyx team! Best wishes."See more
