What really stood out was how thorough they were—William and Alan took pictures of all the work and reviewed them with me so I fully understood what was done. They also made it very easy to sign up for a convenient maintenance package, with visits twice a year (AC check in the summer, furnace check in the winter) and air filter changes during each visit. Claudine Latombe says, "My 40+ years old insulation needed to be replaced. After I called Element Home Solutions Ernest came to work on an estimate. After climbing in the attic he came back with pictures of my cold air return ducts showing that they were only partially insulated and it was obvious that I was wasting a lot of energy while heating. He took a look at my furnace and advised me that most of the heating ducts themselves in the crawlspace were undersized for the power of the furnace. I believed him because I had been aware that my heating system was not properly functioning and also because he spent more than a half hour explaining to me how all these different parts were working together. So I asked for an estimate for the replacement of the insulation, the replacement of the return air ducts and the replacement of the heating ducts with larger ones.The estimate came back with each part clearly separately priced. I chose Element Home Solutions because they were able to do all this work in one shot and also their price to replace the insulation was the same as the ones I got from other companies.Their crew came on time and I still cannot believe that they did all this work on a 2000 sqft home in only 2 days. They worked diligently trying to minimize the amount of dust at every step, they cleaned up perfectly at the end and they even reconnected all the wiring of the security alarm system that had been displaced.In summary it was a great and efficient work, well explained beforehand by Ernest.But I still have to test how the heating system will work during a cold spell."See more

Alexander arrived within the scheduled time window, was courteous (put on shoe covers) and when he learned that I needed an electrician instead of a HVAC service, he said he would check it out anyway. He was thorough when finding the issue (no power to the furnace). Once he was finished installing the transformer, he checked the Google Nest and there was still an issue. He immediately went back upstairs and opened the ceiling to find out what was going on and then explained the options. He was also incredibly organized and clean. Very impressed with the level of professionalism with this company and categorically recommend them."See more
