Martik was very professional and courteous with great communication. was able to make it a different day than planned which was helpful. He spent time trying various ways to fix, although unsuccessful, and confirmed it was easier to replace than trying to keep fixing or buying a replacement part. The cost was extremely reasonable for a house visit and he only charged the diagnostic fee. Would definitely use again if needed for repair or connection services.

Martik responded right away with what would be required to proceed, arrived on time and proceeded to troubleshoot a less than ideal printer that I want to keep operable given I use it infrequently...so he was sensitive to cost/benefit needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$95 per hour for laser printer repair work + $35 Diagnosis Fee
$125 per hour for Commercial or Production (high output) Printers and MFC Multifunction Printers repair work + $35 Diagnosis Fee
Minimum On-site Diagnosis/Estimate Fee:$35 Also applies if service is refused b/c of increased estimate on parts.
* Minimum Field Service $45 Rate is due upon arrival at site of customer, whether machine is repaired or not (depending on parts, etc.)
Remarks:
1. Travel Charge included up to 20 miles radius of San Jose.
40 miles radius of San Jose add $15
Over 40 miles radius of San Jose add $35
2. Certain exclusions apply - check with service manager for these.
