It was a pleasure working with Anthony. He was on point from his emails to the diet and the workout regiment. It was wonderful waking up knowing that it wasn't like boot camp, but rather an exercise session that kicked your butt and made you feel good. He never pushed us too hard, but gave us enough motivation to drive us through each set. It was a great monetary deal we worked out for our "honeymoon body", but wished the price was more reasonable so we could continue as something that was a part of our lives. It was a real treat seeing familiar faces and waking up to the morning routine! We highly recommend Anthony and God's Gym.
Santa Cruz Core Fitness + Rehab is the place to go! From the owner, Jaimi, to the receptionist, and trainers, they are all amazing and professional. They are very knowledgeable and make you feel really comfortable and positive. They are willing to work things out for you and your goals. I am just starting my fitness journey and I've never felt this great. And I've only been in for 2 training sessions. You guys need to check them out as they are expanding locations. They are now in Santa Cruz and Watsonville. You won't regret it! Also, the workouts are AMAZING!!!
Domingo is a great personal trainer and a boot camp instructor. I did some training with him and it was amazing. He makes sure that you are doing the exercises in the correct form and the workouts use/train the whole body. He is very motivating and it's obvious that he loves and knows what he is doing. Also, he is prepared with different and challenging workouts. In the end soreness will for sure be felt, but it will feel good because you will definitely know that you had a great time working out.
Working out with Joe has changed my life. I am down nearly 40 pounds in 4 months but, more importantly, I am stronger and more fit person today thanks to Joes workouts. I have been motivated by his own stories of weight struggle and the desire to live a healthier lifestyle. Joe has been in my shoes. He understands my struggles with eating and exercise. Like a lot of folks, I’ve been trying to balance a busy schedule and spend a lot of hours during the day sitting in front of a computer. I came to Vince looking for help with conditioning and was curious about martial arts. I was also feeling rather nervous and shy about training. My observations so far: Vince listens carefully and knows how to ask questions that get right to the heart of the matter. He’s a rare combination of technical expertise and emotional intelligence, and more importantly a down-to-earth personable coach. He has the ability to drive the big picture (reminding me of goals) while at the same time paying attention to an amazing amount of detail (proper technique training). I absolutely love pad training with him (it caught me off guard how quickly it gets my heart rate going) and he mixes in TRX and Boot Camp elements into our training sessions to keep me engaged. I couldn’t be more pleased with our sessions and look forward to continuing with him. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to feel empowered and experience the benefits of a seasoned coach.
Vanessa was my trainer for Boot Camp for about six months. Her workouts were amazing. She is so enthusiastic and positive and really makes you work hard. It was a group work out but she did a great job to check in with all of her clients individually during one session or another. After only a couple months of workouts twice a week my body definitely changed. Also not one of her workouts was the same. She is so creative with the routines and exercises. She is extremely considerate of your time and makes sure you get a full hour workout. I highly recommend Vanessa as a personal trainer. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

My friend brought me along to this boot camp class in SF and I had no idea what to expect. I wasn't in the best of shape due to my work schedule and was suffering tremendously. Jen Revelli was there every step of the way with me and made me feel comfortable, giving me the push I needed as well as the support. I found out that she also does one on one training's and decided to hop on that. Jen's technique is easy to follow so that you are even able to do on your own. I have never felt stronger! Jen is always positive and relaxing which allows the work outs to fly by! Jen is a great personal trainer and has the ability to listen to that individuals needs and optimize accordingly. I would highly recommend Jen to anyone who is trying to whip back into shape!

Chris Hintz is an excellent trainer! I followed Chris over to a new club 1.5 years ago because I liked training with him. He now does specialized training for the sport I am focusing on for that season…like skiing and paddling. He is very experienced in creating specialized training programs. It’s so nice that he’s totally capable and prepares. I have attended his boot camp class and I really liked it as do the other participants. He is very supportive, a pleasure to work with and he has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend him.
