Chris is wonderful!! He is fun, encouraging, reliable, and skilled. His keen eye betrays the playful fun of his workouts, reminding you that you're there with a professional who really is weaving together a great and safe experience FOR YOU. Chris encourages you to explore your capabilities, and teaches you that it doesn't take pain to achieve the results you're looking for. He focuses on teaching you to be strong inside your own body, all the while making you feel like a rock-star without blowing smoke. After working with him for the last few months, I'm amazed at how much we are accomplishing. Clothing feels more comfortable and looser, I have a lot more energy throughout the week, but more importantly, I have become far more aware of what a strong body feels like. I guess, MOST importantly, I feel better about myself. I highly recommend Chris if you're not looking for someone who screams over you while you rip your arm sockets out with dumbbells. Chris develops a much deeper connection than that '80s kind of stereotype, and holds the space for you to do the same within yourself. He will have you walking away feeling stronger, happier, and better!

Chris motivates you to a workout you would not do yourself, and compliments you in the process. He is terrific at customizing the training as one's needs change, and provides a varied training session that is fun to do.

I've been training with Chris for about 3 years at a local fitness center. He's customized a training regimen for me that delivers results and brings a new level of awareness to how I train. He's also very personable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him!

Working with Chris has been the most important and best decision I have made for myself this last year. He has changed my entire perspective when it comes to exercising and keeping the physical body in shape. His approach is that in which it's not just about the physical health but all levels of health. Whole health...body, mind and spirit. His unique and tender style of training has helped me to develop and engage in exercise on a regular basis come rain or fog without excuse. I HIGHLY recommend inviting Chris into your world to help you go from couch potato to feeling like a million bucks and relishing life in your skinny jeans! He's THAT awesome!
