    I GET PEOPLE INCREDIBLE RESULTS: My work stands out because I have more experience lifting and training than 99.99% of the trainers in the United States. I started my weight training at age 8, five hours a day, seven days a week, up until age 40. I am one of the few heavy lifters that have NEVER used steroids or growth hormone and have only trained naturally. During that time, I learned what worked and what didn't. I can eliminate a client's wasted time doing exercises that just don't show the value in relationship to the client's desired goals. I developed the techniques we use here today, and academic experts from universities have been to my facility studying my techniques and have brought these techniques to their universities to study. My methods involve activating the type 2B or now sometimes called the 2X fibers, and the results are amazing. Also, I started the Private Personal Training Gym revolution in 1989 when I became the first person to train others in a private gym only, all by appt. I began by training professional athletes. That expanded to their wives and girlfriends and soon to the public. I was approached to move to the Los Angeles Area to train movie stars prior to movies, however I refused to move as my family had its roots here. Instead, people flew in from all over the USA to train with me. Since then I have trained 8 world champion fighters here, stars from all the major sports teams, and Olympic Athletes, but since 1989 I have trained approximately 65,000 Silicon Valley Executives and their family members including children. I start each client out myself with body fat measurements, girth measurements, nutritional advice and a pamphlet, and a variety of strength tests after measuring blood pressure, pulse, and some other screening tests. Then I take each client on their next visit and explain how the body works and explain my techniques. I have trainers that work directly for me that help me train my clients. They are both athletes and are very well educated in proper technique and intensity. Many clients have gotten more results in 10 visits here than with over a years worth of training with other trainers. My facility is recommended by Doctors, Surgeons, and Chiropractors, and many of those people are my clients today. If you want unbelievable results, Joe Grasso Elite Training is the place to be!     So what should I expect during a fitness session? Expect the session to be intense and focused with precision to the goals of the client. Expect an overall balanced session incorporating functional, dynamic, power, and flexibility exercises that will allow the individual to achieve the best results. Be open to random and situational exercises that are thrown at you too. The trainer always closes down the session with flexibility stretches for the individual to be prepared for the next session. How long are the sessions? Training is usually an hour long. But in some cases, if the client and trainer are in the zone, we might go over an hour! Only if there is an open time slot to do so. Will I reach my goal? You will reach your goal if you want to reach your goal. Yes, the trainer is here for guidance, but you must meet the trainer half way.
