Hello, my name is Frank, I own and operate a small construction company in the San Jose Bay Area, I prefer small to medium size jobs and perform most of the work myself and have one to two journeyman employees helping me complete projects. One of my favorite services that I offer is residential windows and door installation and replacement, removing and replacing the entire window and window frame and changing the window or door opening sizes if necessary, however I do not fix broken window panes . I also repair waterproof and replace siding, I repair and replace redwood fencing along with many other carpentry related home improvement projects including redwood deck repair and replacement if necessary. For the services that I do offer I take pride in my work and make sure every detail is done to the highest standard. Building beautiful spaces is what I do best.

Frank did an excellent job installing my storm door. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. He was very communicative, kept me informed throughout the project, and clearly explained all the details before starting the work. Frank completed two work jobs for us. He did a siding and roofing repair and also a repair of the back of the house from tree damage. Both jobs were done with great care and look great and in addition,, the price was very reasonable. Frank is a really nice guy and easy to work with. I would recommend his company to others.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer and then I take measurements, and assess the job, after that I work on the estimate takes about a day or more depending on job size, I contact the customer with the estimate and if the customer agrees with the estimate I write up the contract or can do time and materials as well
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years of construction experience, I took on line California contractor license courses ,construction law courses and passed both state exams and have an active California general contractors license.
